Rowena A. Robles received her PhD in Ethnic Studies with a disciplinary concentration in Sociology and her M.A. in Education Policy, both from the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Robles has been evaluating programs in the education and non-profit sectors for over 15 years, having worked with community based organizations, school districts, and universities. She is experienced in both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis; program evaluation and assessment; and program management. Dr. Robles is also a published author and lectures occasionally at local area universities on topics such as race and public policy; education policy; and ethnic studies.
