Greg Gollberg became the NKN Program Manager in 2012. During 2011 and most of 2012 Greg worked for EPSCoR as the Idaho Cyberinfrastructure (CI) Coordinator. Since 2002, Greg has been the Program Manager for the Fire Research And Management Exchange System or FRAMES, a position he continues to fill half-time. He has a BS in Ecology and Conservation Biology and an MS in Fire Ecology from the University of Idaho. Much of his experience in CI is through leading the development of FRAMES, which supports wildland fire and natural resource professionals and policymakers, by promoting and facilitating information and technology sharing, exchange, collaboration, and development through a state-of-the-art clearinghouse and web portal. |
